Based on the developed concepts, we prepare full design documentation, including building permit designs, cost estimates, technical specifications, and bills of quantities. With our assistance, investors obtain building permits and select the best contractor. We also offer the author’s supervision (nadzór autorski) during the implementation of the investment.
